Franziska: I just finished a podcast interview with the wonderful Phoebe from the Balanced Achievers podcast. And one of the things we talked about is mental well being, but also physical well being and health, and how to get to certain goals that we may have now. something that I wanted to share with you that also applies to business is that it’s definitely really powerful to have our end goals. So let’s say we want to be a certain level, we want to have a certain level of fitness, or we want to hit a certain revenue target in business. And these goals are great to have as a signpost and bigger vision. What’s even more powerful to get to those goals is to create certain routines that can lead to habits that will lead us to these outcomes. So, for example, you might have a certain health or fitness goal. That’s great. What’s then empowering to achieve that is to create daily, weekly, monthly routines. So you might say in order to get to that goal, you might say that every week you will exercise at least twice. You might say that you eat healthy five times a day. You might say that you don’t drink or you only drink once a week. So these are all routines that you can create for yourself that will then become habits that are empowering you to achieve a certain outcome. Same when it comes to your business growth. Let’s say you have a certain revenue target. To get to that revenue target, you need to have weekly activities. You need to be proactive when it comes to marketing to achieve that. So you might say that first of all, you set aside at least, let’s say 2 hours per week, working on your marketing activities proactively. And then you may also, depending on your business, have different routines. Like one of your KPIs. To hold yourself accountable might be to talk to at least five people per day, or to make at least 20 connections via LinkedIn, or to publish at least one really good piece of content per week. So these are all different activities, growth activities that you can do that will lead you to your revenue target. So for now, think for yourself and for your business. What are some of these routines that you can set in place to achieve your revenue target? In the Clever Bunch program, we call these the magic numbers too. Every month in our meetings, we look at the magic numbers that our members have set and then we add more that will then become routines and that will help them to grow their businesses. So I hope this is super helpful. And as always, thank you for being here and thank you for tuning in. We will keep sharing these gold nuggets with you throughout the year and hopefully it will be super helpful for you. Thanks again and see you soon.
