Ever find yourself hitting a wall with your business growth? In this episode, Franziska has three fixes to share that could make all the difference for your business.

Here are the three key priorities for business owners:

  1. Focus: 🔍 Cut through the noise and zero in on what truly matters for your business. By prioritizing key objectives and strategies, you can direct your energy where it counts and avoid getting sidetracked.
  2. Consistency: 🔄 Keep your brand message and customer experience consistent across all touchpoints. This builds trust and loyalty, making your business more memorable and reliable in the eyes of your audience.
  3. Frequency: Stay on your audience’s radar by maintaining a regular presence. Whether it’s through frequent updates, engaging content, or timely communication, keeping in touch ensures that your brand stays relevant and top-of-mind.

Where are you on this journey? Are you focusing, staying consistent, and maintaining frequency? Remember, success isn’t about making drastic changes overnight, but rather about making consistent improvements over time. 👏

Franziska: Focus, consistency and frequency. Three of the most important things to do right now as a business owner. And I just finished, uh, an advisory board session here with our members, and one of the members was saying that they’re really struggling to take this business to the next level and to gain traction.
And those are the three things that this business needs. It needs focus. Focus on the right activities when it comes to marketing. And there are just a few that they need to focus on. Not being scattered, but focusing on the right marketing activities. In this particular case, LinkedIn is one of those.
Number two is consistency. Being consistent in the messaging, again, in your marketing approach, being consistent with everything you do so that people can trust you, they can trust your brand voice, they know who you are, they know that what you do is great. And number three is frequency. Whatever you do in your marketing approach, again, do it with the right frequency so that people can, again, build trust and that they can see what you’re doing in a frequent way.
So that it’s not just, let’s say, if your focus is on LinkedIn and you have a consistency in your messaging, you don’t just post, let’s, uh, say, once a month or once every two weeks. You share content with frequency and consistency so that people can build trust with you.
They can see you, they see you’re around and you’re there, you’re present, you’re trustworthy, and they can buy from you. I hope this is helpful. Focus, consistency and frequency.
