Christo: There’s a common myth among business owners that you have to work harder to be more effective Now, the reality is what’s important in business, it’s not how hard you work or how much you stress. It’s the results you get. The results you get are everything, right? What are the results for the customers? It’s not how much went into it. The results they get, that’s all they care about. It’s the results you get from your business. How much money did you make last month? How much money did you profit last month? How much is it supporting your lifestyle? How much are you making more and working less like you intended? Probably was you got into business. So these things the reality is you need to amplify yourself. You can’t be doing everything yourself in business. That’s just the reality. You need to be focusing on the key tasks and you need to be removing the majority of all other tasks, all the grunt work, even individual tasks, breaking them down and seeing where’s all the stuff that someone else could be doing and just the final kind of 10-20 percent that you could do to, you know, to review the task before whatever goes out.
