Franziska: Hi and welcome back! I am here~ quickly, I wanted to show you a little tip, a little behind-the-scenes secret ninja hack, but before I do, we’ve got a Clever Bunch here running with Christo.

Franziska: There’s a rubbish bin featuring in the foreground there and he’s doing a session right now with our Clever Bunch members on how to put together a really good referral system for your business and also how to do direct mail campaigns. A really, really, clever strategy that is very underutilised. But the one thing that I wanted to show you is part of doing a referral strategy and it’s a really cool ninja hack that we use here and many of our Clever Bunch members are using; it’s creating a document that is showing your clients, your customers, how you work and in that document, and I’ll show you behind the scenes here on my computer in that document you put the referral system in there already, so you already invite your clients, your customers to send you referrals if they like your product or if they like your service. So let me show you what this looks like in practical terms. I’m gonna jump on my computer right now.

So here you can see my screen now and this is the little ninja behind-the-scenes I wanted to share with you. This is an example of how we work document that we have here with the Clever Bunch and a lot of our Clever Bunch members are using this in their businesses and you can see how in general we talk a little bit about what we commit to, and what we ask our clients, our members, to commit to. And as part of that, this is the point I wanted to share with you here, as part of that we already talked about referrals and here we have a little snippet that says referrals, are the most amazing compliment you can make us. And then if you love our programs, and you know other business owners that would benefit, you will let them know about us and invite them along. So you can use this framework also in your own business, if you create a document like this where you outline what people can expect from you, and also what you expect from your customers and clients, so it’s a really cool tool to have and I hope you like this behind-the-scenes. I will share more behind the scenes with you.
