Have you ever thought about how you spend your day?
We are a little bit obsessed with getting the most out of our days and finding the most efficient ways to do a task.

In this video, Franziska shares her favourite ways to getting the most out of her day by leveraging her energy patterns. And let me tell you, this woman is probably one of the most productive people we have ever seen!

What is one of your favourite ways to be super-efficient? Please share it below!

Franziska: Hey you Legendary Legend, I quickly wanted to share something with you that might be super useful for you, too. It’s something that I think about a lot and that is how you can be the most efficient in your day, how can you leverage your energy patterns throughout the day to get the most done in the least amount of time this is something I’m a little bit obsessed with; I love efficiency, I love being productive so that we have more time doing other things in the day. So how I’d like you to think about it is work out how your energy patterns are throughout the day and different people have different patterns, you know. Sometimes you hear people talk about how you must get up at 5 00 am and do everything in the morning, but that doesn’t really work for some people, some people are evening people and for people that are more energetic in the evening they get the most and most productive work done in the evenings. So first of all, ask yourself and observe yourself in terms of your energy levels and then map out your day according to your levels. So I give you my personal example quickly a little bit of behind the scenes here. So I’m a super morning person i wake up early naturally and i’m very productive in the mornings wake up, “on”, and then what I need to do in this case, being a morning person, is I need to do my most important work my most the work that needs the most of my brain my thinking, strategy, pondering, that needs to happen in the morning so knowing this I get up early, I get up usually without alarm, just when I wake up which is usually early between sort of 6 and 6 30, sometimes earlier and then I sit down and I do my my most important thinking work, like things like writing and strategy, and then my team knows that generally unless the time zones don’t permit this, but generally, I only do meetings with people, Zoom meetings or or in-person meetings if we are allowed, only from lunch time onwards, so my team knows not to book me for meetings, for Zoom meetings in the morning and the reason why is because that’s my productive time that’s when I get so much work done so I aim to get most of my most important work done in the morning and then in the afternoon I’ll take meetings phone calls etc so for you, this might be different for you you might say, it takes me a little bit of time to get this engine started. So maybe your mornings is where you do some fun stuff, maybe you go do your sport or you do your meetings in the morning if they’re not high-intensive thinking meetings and then maybe in the evenings you do your most important work. So just work out what works for you and then plan your day around yourself, around your energies if you can. And I find that I’m definitely the most efficient and effective if I do that in my days. And I hope this is working for you, too. So the question to ask yourself is how can you get the most out of your day and play around with that and adjust your days and see how you go with it. I hope this is super helpful if it is, please share with other business owners or anyone that you love that you would love to share some gold nuggets like these with and super grateful to have you here as always. It’s such a pleasure to do the work that we do here at Basic Bananas. See you soon, bye!
