Hi there guys! I want to share a tip with you today about basically how to reach your customers on a deeper level. So really cool, it can help with promotions, can help with generating extra upsells, and onsells, it can also just be a beautiful, personal touch to say “thank you” to your customers so there‘s this tool we‘ve been testing out for quite a while now. We only like to share things when we‘ve really tested them out like crazy and lots of different ways and sort of find the glitches and what‘s great about them and so on and it‘s called “Bonjoro”.
I‘ll share a little link here somewhere, but basically it‘s like a tool where you can on your computer or on your phone as an app you open the platform, the program, and basically you can send personalised videos in a matter of seconds to your customers, or to your contacts. You can create a video you might say something like “G‘day Michael, just want to say thanks for purchasing our products. We think you‘re awesome. I just want to send you a personal little message; if you need any support, let us know.” and you click send. That then arrives in their inbox as an email with a little screenshot of the video they click on that, the video is there, ready to play and they can play it, so it‘s just so quick and efficient you could send out you know 50 personalised messages in half an hour if you‘re just doing a 30-second click messages, you click Next, click Next, and people are getting this really nice personalised touch so it‘s a beautiful strategy of excellent platform to use for things like saying thank you to a customer and letting them know about something else you might say, “Hey thanks for your purchase, let us know if you need any other support and by the way, want to make sure you also know we offer XYZ” because it arrives as a personal video, in their inbox, they watch it so the actual arm rate the open rate and the view rate is really high compared to just normal emails. If you have past customers that you haven‘t seen for a long time and you want to kind of reactivate them and get them back, it‘s a beautiful platform to use as well to generate extra revenue that way and wake up those past customers. Also, if you‘re just doing a promotion, if you know you‘re going to run a promotion, you might pick out the hundred or 200 best past customers and you just blitz through creating personalised videos that will reach them with that tailored little personalised video.
