Who is The Marketing Machine for?
Business owners and entrepreneurs with an existing product or service who are ready to build a connected marketing ecosystem. It suits both product and service businesses, across B2B and B2C.
What will I have by the end?
The goal is a functioning marketing ecosystem built around your business: a clear strategy, focused attraction campaigns, a connected customer journey, follow-up and retention systems, and measures to track performance.
You'll build and refine these throughout the program, with guidance and feedback as you implement.
How much time will I need?
Set aside Tuesdays from 12pm to 2pm (Sydney time) for the mentoring session and Advisory Board. You'll also need dedicated implementation time between sessions. The amount will depend on what you already have in place and what you need to build. We recommend at least one marketing power hour per week.
Do I need marketing experience?
You can start with your current level of knowledge. We'll guide you through the strategy and implementation step by step. If you're already experienced, you'll have the opportunity to sharpen your approach and get expert feedback on your work.
Can I use what I've already built?
