Christo: Hey there! In this episode, I want to share with you how to prioritise some time for growth and how do we find this time and why is it so important?

The first thing is looking at the why because what tends to happen is we look to grow our businesses. How do we simply find time? You‘re not going to find time unless you recognize the importance of it. The thing is, most people spend most of their time in business doing reactive stuff – responding to things, getting back to people, even doing customer work or fulfillment of your product or service, it‘s reactive. It‘s not proactive new things that are going to force your awareness and get you in front of new faces. So we simply must make time and dedicate time to growth activities. Like what I‘m doing here now, I‘m sharing it with you, one of our mentoring groups is next or the Clever Bunch, you might hear a little bit of chitchat going on here in the office. But this time is dedicated to growth activities. So I‘m going to make sure I‘m doing marketing, delivering value, getting the message out there. The key here is we must make this time for growth activities. Every single day if you work on some growth activities to get yourself in front of many faces, well then, every day you‘ll reach a little bit more and more and more people and a bit of a broader market so we get things snowballing in the right direction.

So it‘s about dedicating time to growth activities so we‘re not at risk of just being reactive and responding to things. And sometimes you can be busy, busy, busy and working hard than anyone else on planet earth but you might actually be going down with the business. You want to make sure you‘re always green and growing versus being (rop?) and rotting. So let‘s make sure we‘re always on the upside and always moving the business in the right direction.
